Important Middle School Transition Dates
1. January 31st - Cedar Hill Grade 5 Open House
2. All English Track and Early French Immersion Track students from our pathway schools (Doncaster, Braefoot, Lake Hill, Cloverdale, Rogers) will be automatically transferred to Cedar Hill Middle School
3. January 31st - February 3rd - Grade 6 Late French Immersion application forms available in our school office. Please return to us by the end of the school day on February 3rd.
4. February 16th to 24th - Parents or guardians of students from any other elementary schools obtain a Student Transfer form from their school office, or off the District website, complete it, and submit it to the School Board Office at 556 Boleskine Road, Attention: M. Conrad, Administrative Services.
5. March 30th - Notification of all decisions mailed to parents/guardians.
6. April - June - Other transfers are worked out on an individual basis between your elementary principal, and our principal, and our Cedar Hill administration team.
7. May 17th - District Orientation Day - Grade 5 students visit our school for the afternoon.
